Yuy, our hype girl choreo queen. She loves a good jog and anything with a sick beat drop. You can catch her singing her heart out on the bike beside you.
When she's not sweating it out and making STRIDE shine? Catch her hiking, hanging with Kelly (her fiancé) and Ralphie (her fur baby), brunch with girlies, book club, sweating it out at Oxygen.

Kim rolls into the studio powered by coffee, loud music, and even louder car-karaoke. As an Experience Team rider, she shows up early, supports the studio behind the scenes, and brings her signature hype to every single class.
She’s proof that spin doesn’t just build strength, it builds community, confidence, and a whole lot of joy.

Pre-workout in hand and throwbacks blasting in the car is Courtney’s pre-class ritual and a perfect preview of her energy at the studio!
As part of the Energy Exchange team, she helps keep the space running smoothly and the vibes high, all while soaking in every chance to ride and connect with the community.
Originally from Toronto, Courtney moved to Kamloops a few years ago and is still living life like a tourist — exploring new lakes, cute coffee spots, and charming small towns (always with her dog Guinness by her side).

If you see someone doing a mini dance party at the front desk while checking you in it’s probably Meghan. Powered by pre-workout (when she’s feeling spicy) and good vibes always, Meghan brings warmth, hype, and a little playful chaos to the studio.
As an Experience Team rider, Meghan helps create the studio magic behind the scenes so riders can clip in feeling welcomed and supported from the second they walk in.
Off the bike, Meghan is cozy at home with a mystery novel during the chilly months, and living her best outdoors life when it’s warm . Camping, floating, and soaking up every ray of sun.
And year-round? She’s lovingly annoying her sister Marla.

Fueled by coffee coffee coffee and always ready for a good pump-and-dip, Cher brings chaotic joy and high-energy fun to every ride. When not on the bike, you’ll find them at the baseball field or hockey rink, likely exhausted and laughing about it 😆🥴🤪. Spin isn’t just a workout for her, it’s a way of life. The studio is home, and the community is family. Expect good vibes, and big feelings… Her current music obsession? Alter Ego by Doechii.
