Bookling Windows:
There is a 7 day rolling booking window. Meaining that 7 days prior to the exact time of the class is when booking opens for that ride.
ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT
Classes must be paid in full prior to attending your class at STRIDE.
If a credit card declines or expires – we ask that you update your payment information to avoid any future booking disruptions. Should a payment fail to be processed – you will be unable to book a class until the payment has been collected.
We are all about that gift of movement! STRIDE gift cards are available for purchase – redeemable towards any available class option. Sorry – gift cards cannot be converted to cash.
Waiver
All guests must complete and sign our waiver before taking a class. Our waiver is sent via email prior to your first class.
Cancellation
Can’t make it? No problem! We will see you on the bike another day.
We do ask that you cancel your booking 8 hours or more before your ride. If your booking is cancelled 8 hours prior to class time, your ride will be refunded to your account. If cancelled later than the 8 hour window, you will lose the ride. If you’re a punch pass rider, you will lose 1 ride from your ride pack. If you have an unlimited pass, you will be charged a $20 non refundable cancellation fee. This policy is in place to ensure we don’t have any disappointed riders missing out on a class where there is room due to a cancellation or no show. Life throwing you a curveball? Please send the studio an email if an emergency happens and you are unable to attend a class.
Age: Riders must be 15 years of age or older.
ADDITIONAL “GOOD TO KNOWS”
· All STRIDE Spin Studio pass options are subject to change at any time.
· Our drop-in pass options have expiry dates on the package on the buy page.
· Our monthly unlimited pass options, including our student rate will activate on the purchase date. Your pass will renew every month on the date of purchase.
· STRIDE Spin Studio is not liable for any stolen, missing or damaged items. We will hold any left behind items for a maximum of 30-days and if not collected – items will be discarded.
